Saturday Sit - Guided Meditation 9-9:45am at The Yellow House
The Saturday Sit is a 30 minute guided sit followed by 15-20 minutes of guidance on individual experiences from the sit.
All meditations are by donation. The sit is held in-person in Richmond, VA with the option to join virtually (please indicate on your registration form).

Asana, Pranayama & Meditation:
Fridays, 9-10:15am at The Well Collective.
There are eight limbs of yoga and this class introduces asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), and dhyana (meditation) to anchor into the present moment of the self-mind, body, heart, energy and intellect. Formal mindfulness techniques will be invited into the class from breath awareness, movement, sensory engagement, and stillness. All are welcome.
Ultimately, the only way we make it through any transition, big or small, chosen or not, is in the placing-of-one-foot-in-front-of-the other, step-by-step, breath-by-breath, meeting of the moment. Can’t bypass it, can’t avoid it, can’t pretend it’s not happening - though all of those options can sound so wonderfully inviting.
