What does “wellness” mean and, more importantly, what do you need to cultivate well-being in your life? As human beings we are multifaceted and complex but that doesn’t mean our path toward wellness has to be complicated. It means that it needs to be unique to you.
Join me for this year’s Spring Retreat, where you will have the space to explore aspects of yourself and your sense of well-being. Through all that is offered, you will be able to discover and nurture parts of yourself that need it most–whether that’s through connection and community, quiet and introspection, movement or stillness, activity or rest.

The Meditation Retreat will be an intentionally smaller, more intimate 3 day, 2 night retreat container that will center around meditation, deeper inner work and will have an emphasis on silence.
Each day will offer multiple meditation practices along with space for individual movement, relaxation, and quiet. We will be in silence for the majority of the time but this will not be a completely silent retreat. Open to all; priority will be given to current meditation & coaching group students
