Weekly meditation groups are open to people who have experienced learning from me in the past.

These sessions are a consistent and ongoing practice for noticing and integrating our understanding.

Our practice helps us access our truest self when it feels elusive in our daily living, making inner work not a privilege but accessible to any individual ready to understand their authentic self beyond the patterning and conditioning that typically shows up.

  • Each week, we practice noticing our lives through intentions that relate to our inner work. While the format for our meetings remains steady, our practice evolves with every meeting.

  • Groups are deliberately small to allow time to intentionally and mindfully witness ourselves and one another.

  • We begin with guided meditation and return to the present moment to share reflections on our patterns and lived experiences.Individual coaching is unique, with undivided attention for an hour each time we meet.

  • 1:1 coaching focuses on the individual and provides deep personal support in closed sessions. Group coaching reduces individual investment, making inner work more accessible and available. Working in a group allows individuals to work with a consistent, committed community for much-needed connection and a depth of learning from each other's experiences. It provides an additional container for accountability and develops a meaningful and authentic community over time.

  • My books are opened up a few times each year. When I have an available spot for individual coaching, I will reach out to you and we can book a call together to ensure we are a fit. If we decide to move forward with coaching, I will share the coaching packages I have available at that time.
