At the beginning of every year, we are invited to begin again; to consider who we want to be and how we want to experience our lives. And, from there, figure out how to make that happen.
The start of a new year is a perfect time to take what we’ve gained and learned from our experiences over the past year(s) to begin to shape a life that is lived with more intentionality. We have the opportunity to make meaningful and intentional choices about the lives we want to have, the lives that feel more aligned with what we truly value. We can live more wholeheartedly, more consciously, and with deeper connection.
This is your invitation to spend the year with me and a group of others committed to applying wisdom gained from past experiences in order to shape and create the life you want.

A kick-off, jumpstart, foundation-laying interactive workshop to start our year together
Year of Intention Journal
Monthly GROUP Calls
Year of Intention Cohort
A custom journal with prompts, space for curiosity, exploration, and to track and reflect back on your journey
An online library filled with a variety of recorded yoga classes, guided meditations, breath work, and relaxation techniques to support your wellbeing
Monthly group calls with the whole Year of Intention crew; content, coaching, and facilitated conversation
1:1 Virtual Life Coaching sessions with me (4, 6, or 12 sessions) - optional
A small group of other humans committed to living intentional lives - there for you with support, encouragement, and accountability.
