The 2023 retreat will include daily yoga and meditation, deep relaxation, ample opportunity for quiet, relaxation, and hiking. To provide additional opportunity for introspection, quietness and mindfulness, we will be incorporating morning silence each day until after meditation and breakfast are complete.
The incredible Shell Bailey will be returning this year with her intentionally-sourced, organic, curated-for-body/soul-nourishment meals. All dietary needs will be incorporated.

The 3 studios on the Heartstone Retreat side of the farm are as unique as our other accommodations and facilities. Each space has a story. As with the old dairy barn, here too lives of many of the worker's found a ray of light.

Each cabin was discovered in various parts of Virginia & West Virginia, dismantled, then reassembled on the farm with loving care and attention over a period of 30 years. The cabins, dating from c1775 to early 1900's, are unique with a variety of add-ons, ie: sitting porches, back decks, upstairs loft bedrooms, heating/ac and perhaps a screened-in porch.
